On upgrade Tuesday we are rolling out some bugfixes and some nice new features.
Umbraco projects running on 7.9.x will be auto-upgraded to 7.9.3
New projects will be created at 7.10.0.
Projects running Forms 7.0.x will be auto-upgraded to 7.0.1.
