Umbraco Forms 8.12.1 and 9.4.1 are released and will be automatically upgraded on projects running version 8.12.X and 9.4.X respectively.
During this maintenance window the storage providers responsible for the connection Azure Blob Storage will be automatically upgraded on all projects running Umbraco 7.X.X - 7.7.
